Concierge Program


The Fleet Concierge Program Ensures:

  • Driver is greeted within 15 minutes of arrival.
  • Initial diagnosis (triage) completed within two hours of being checked in.
  • Repair plan communicated to company within two hours of the completed triage.
  • This allows operations to plan for the possible extended downtime needed to repair the unit.
  • Concierge representative following the repair closely and helping when needed.

CALL TOLL FREE 1-800-KW-ASSIST (1-800-592-7747) to talk with someone at the PACCAR Customer Center

 

  • Open 24-7-365 days a year

 

  • They can help you get roadside assistance

 

  • They have a custom mapping system which locates Kenworth and Peterbilt Dealers and Independent Service Providers (ISPs) near you and lists types of services offered, hours of operation and contact information

 

  • They can assist with jump and pull starts, tires, fines and permits, chains towing, hazardous clean-up, out of fuel (roadside), mechanical repairs and preventative maintenance services

 

  • They have bilingual agents and access to a translation service to ensure quality assistance for customers who speak any language

 

  • They cannot answer your warranty questions but can get you in contact with a Kenworth dealer who can

 

  • The PACCAR Customer Center service is FREE even if you don’t drive a Kenworth

Overview

If you purchase either the AI Dash Camera with GPS or the Vehicle Telematics individually, you'll receive a 30% discount on the subscription price per unit. This means the monthly price per unit for the Front Facing AI Dash Cameras + GPS is $30.80, for the Dual Facing AI Dash Cameras + GPS it's $42.00, and for the Vehicle Telematics (No ELD/WiFi) it's $27.30. However, if you opt to bundle an AI Dash Camera AND Vehicle Telematics together, I can increase your discount to 35%. With this bundled deal, the monthly price per unit for the Front Facing AI Dash Cameras + Vehicle Telematics is $53.95, and for the Dual Facing AI Dash Cameras + Vehicle Telematics, it's $64.35. Tarp Arm Straps

To reduce tarper arm damage from wind and vibration, consider adding two ¼” eye bolts and a 36’ rubber tarp strap to each arm. Whenever you cover a container, simply strap the tarper arms to the box to secure it and keep it from bouncing while driving. See photos.


Critical Parts Program

"Critical" parts are defined as those that will disable the vehicle or render it unable to move dumpsters. This focuses the spare parts on the Kenworth chassis and the hoist. It also eliminates the tarp and vac pump systems because we can continue to rent and move dumpsters without them by hand tarping and not renting toilets or hiring a sub to clean the toilets.
